Is the length of LED strips customizable?
There are rigid and soft LED stripes. Rigid LED strip is mainly made in 6, 12, 18 and 24 inches. Soft LED strips can be customized by the length within 500cm.
How long is the warranty on LED products?
We provide 1-year warranty calculated from the shipment after the lighting test is completed if it is not the damage was caused by improper use.
What else do you retail except pushbuttons?
Except pushbuttons, our company also provides the peripheral spare parts of game and entertaining machines.
How long does it take to ship?
Our pushbuttons are available in stock all the time and can be shipped in just 7~10 days after receipt of your order confirmation and payment.
Are your products certified?
We provide RoHS certification for all plastic products, CE certification for the charging devices and UL certification for micro switches. The quality of our products is stable and reliable.
Where is the origin of your products?
All our products are designed, manufactured and assembled in Taiwan.
